As the trailblazer behind Marriott International’s first-ever entertainment marketing department, I scaled the discipline from one to ten lifestyle brands including Moxy, Westin and Autograph Collection, representing 800+ hotels in 40 countries. From there I went on to launch Pavlov Creative, a consultancy working with iconic brands to develop integrated buzz marketing tactics, digital content, global partnerships and immersive activations with proven earned media, consumer engagement and ROI.
With a deep background rooted in hospitality, entertainment and marketing, I am passionate about helping brands find their voice, identity and emotional connection with their consumers. To date I have conceptualized and designed impactful events from Coachella to Sundance; launched brands from Dubai to Tokyo and cultivated communities from Austin to Amsterdam.
